The End of 2011
Happy end to a crazy year! Hobbit-wise, I have many reasons to celebrate:
1. 2011 marked my first reading of The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
2. Julie gave me the extended edition of “The Fellowship of the Ring” for Christmas!
3. Counting down: 11.5 months until the release of Peter Jackson’s “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.” I can’t get over the casting of Martin Freeman. He’s truly a real-life hobbit, playing the part of a hobbit. :D
4. Good food, true friends, and a cozy hobbit hole.
